25-050 - RFP 25-050 - Hazard Tree Removal - Phase I

The County of Tulare (County) invites proposals to be submitted to the Purchasing Agent for a
contract to supply Hazard Tree Removal Services for the Tulare County Resource Management
Agency. Services are expected to begin July 1, 2025, and are estimated to be completed in two (2)
full contract or agreement operating seasons. The implementation date is contingent upon the
County’s Notice to Proceed, which will align with the Limited Operation Period (LOP) designations for
habitats in the area. At any time prior to completion of the services called for in this RFP, the County
of Tulare reserves the right to terminate the Contract, with or without cause, by giving a thirty (30)
day written notice of intent to terminate
