The Esparto Community Services District (CSD) will be updating the Wood Rodgers 2011 Facility Master Plan (FMP). The FMP consists of the following sections;
Water Demands and Supply
Wastewater Generation and Collection
Wastewater Treatment
Drainage and Flooding
CSD System Assessments
Existing Development and Anticipated 2030 Growth
Water Distribution and Water Supply
Wastewater Collection
Wastewater Treatment
Drainage

All areas of the Facility Master Plan are to be updated to current standards.Using City of Woodland 2021 Construction Standards


Expectations of Selected Firm:
 

1. Each firm will have access to the 2011 FMP and will be required to develop a process and timeline on how they will approach updating the plan.
2. Each firm will provide suggested updates to the plan that may not be included.
