Description

The County of Madera, hereinafter “County”, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is seeking a Design-Build Entity (D-BE) to provide a “ turnkey” new Behavioral Health Cr isis Stabilization Unit & Sobering Center Facility (CSU) . The proposed site for the new facility is located 165 Tozer Street in Madera, California. However, to get to the site using a navigation application, please use “14277 Road 28, Madera, CA, 93638”. The new facility will provide behavioral health services to youth and adults. The County is currently requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified D-BE’s to design and construct this new facility.
