EngRFP2023-09-M1 - RFP for PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR EVERPORT TERMINAL SERVICES PAVEMENT

The Port of Oakland (“Port”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the design, preparation of bid documents, and construction support for the Everport Terminal Services (ETS) Pavement Project within the Port of Oakland Ben E. Nutter Terminal.

This project will rehabilitate existing pavement, retrofit utility vaults, and repair damaged concrete runways for the rubber-tired gantry (RTG) cranes. The scope of work generally includes: data review and field verification, development of bid documents, and bidding/construction support for public works competitive bidding. Ancillary work includes: construction cost estimating, schedule monitoring, preparation of reports and recommendations, and project management.
