By helping vendors become familiar with its process, the Water Authority seeks to foster relationships with vendors who offer quality goods and services at competitive prices. The San Diego County Water Authority’s Small Contractor Outreach and Opportunities Program (SCOOP) is designed to maximize small business participation on Water Authority contracts and procurements.
SCOOP meets this objective through outreach activities such as networking, training, and technical assistance. SCOOP facilitates the development and reinforcement of skill sets that small businesses need to partner, bid, and perform successfully on Water Authority projects. We welcome your participiation in our soliciation process!
