The County of Shasta (“County”) is seeking qualified providers of Engineering and Surveying services to compile, via photogrammetric or other remote sensing means, topographic, planimetric, breakline and mass elevation point survey data (the “Project”) of the West Central Landfill (“WCL”), 14095 Clear Creek Road, Igo, CA 96047.

This Request For Proposals (“RFP”) is intended to establish the specifications, terms, and conditions governing the selection of a Consultant to provide engineering and surveying services to County for the Project. All proposals shall be in the form and format specified in Section 5, "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL."

Pages in the technical proposal shall be typed and single sided with the maximum number of pages to be limited to 15 pages (excepting cover sheet, index sheet, blank pages, table of contents, and resumes). Only the specifically requested information shall be submitted. The Proposer shall submit an original unbound technical proposal and three copies in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the Proposer’s name and labeled “Proposal for Engineering and Survey Services for West Central Landfill Topography Survey.” The Proposer’s cost proposals for the services described in the Scope of Work and the technical proposal shall be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope labeled “Cost Proposal for Engineering and Survey Services for West Central Landfill Topography Survey.” The County will not open the cost proposal until after the technical proposal submitted by each respondent has been reviewed and ranked based on technical merits.
