Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform Systems Assurance review with LA County team. Consultant along with IBM CE’s shall review the physical requirements of the processor. Inspect the current environment. Validate all the required cables and VLANs. Validate the equipment once received. Generate, install and test an IOCP for specific environment as required functionality to be tested and verified. Assist with customizing support elements and Hardware Management Console. Validate microcode level and upgrade if required, test and verify. Provide product solution development services, architecture and design services, migration, and support of the proposed technology solution. Provide ongoing technical non-defect support for IBM hardware and software. Ensure the implementation is done with limited outage. perform follow-up meetings after 30 days of implementation
