1. All panels, pilasters and doors to be 304 stainless with #4 finish with honeycomb core and interlocking side strips. 2. Pilasters to be 84” in height,1 ¼” thickness and must have two floor anchors and one head rail anchor point If attached to wall must have two wall brackets 3. Pilaster to have matching floor boot. 4. Pilasters must be supported by 2 headrails anchored to two walls. 5. Panels to be 58” in height and installed 12” off the floor. 6. Panels to be attached to wall with minimum two anchor Brackets. 7. Panels to be attached to pilaster with a minimum of 2 Panel brackets. 8. Doors to measure 58” in height, 1” thickness and installed 12” off the floor. 9. Door to have two hinge points and have surface mount locks. 10. There is to be one ADA compliant stall in each restroom 11. Stalls to be furnished with one stainless-steel tamper-proof toilet paper dispenser with padlock security. 12. Stalls to be furnished with one stainless steel toilet seat cover dispenser. 13. ADA compliant stall must be furnished with one wall mount grab bar. 14. All work to be done during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm 15. Work to begin no later than 21 days after Purchase order is received. 16. Project to be completed within 3 business days of start date. 17. Winning bidder must provide labor, tools, materials and all necessary equipment. 18. Winning bidder must provide Class B general building license or equivalent. 19. Minimum 12-month warranty on all goods furnished under order to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or material.
