A Consultant will be contracted to develop a mental health Public Service Announcement campaign for the Latin American Indigenous community that resides in Los Angeles County. It will be tailored to resonate with this community, reaching its members by using video-based content with culturally and linguistically appropriate messages distributed in the places where they already seek information and using visuals/design that complement LACDMH’s current public outreach efforts. This project aims to create twenty (20), 30-60 seconds Public Service Announcements (PSAs), in the Latin American Indigenous languages of Zapoteco, Chinanteco, and K’iche’ and in Spanish. The production and distribution of PSAs will serve as the centerpiece of the engagement efforts. An initial project proposal strategy must be approved by LACDMH before beginning work and will include a social media campaign. The PSAs will be posted and regularly boosted on Facebook and other social networking platforms, as appropriate based on the target population, for a period of at least 6 months
