3.1 Scope for Venue - University Quad To provide general crowd control for 12 separate ceremonies at one venue over Commencement weekend Maintain quad in order, include guests to remain in seating area, support graduate procession/recessional paths, keep walk pathways clear for pedestrian traffic Monitor guest sweeps in a timely manner after ceremony ends Secure ADA seating and direct general guests to assigned seating Assist university staff by handling rowdy/unruly guests 3.2 Ticket Entries/Bag Check -Olive Walk, Bldg. 8 (University Drive), and Music Building Provide bag check service for three entry points (review with commencement team for proper assignment) *CLEAR BAGS WILL BE REQUIRED Maintain ticket entries in order, and keep walk pathways clear for pedestrian traffic 3.3 Graduate Line-Up-Mansion Lane Maintain order and support university staff by handling rowdy/unruly graduates
