Technology Assistance: a) Assistance with inputting information into or extracting information from the DPH Epic Electronic Health Record System and other legacy clinical, financial, and operational applications. b) Assistance with computer usage until the employees are proficient in using assistive technology tools. c) Assistance with accessing various online browser-based applications. d) Assistance with using various touch-screen equipment such as copiers and fax machines. 2. Meeting/Training Assistance a) Assistance in reading printed and handwritten notes, documents, forms, and files. b) Assistance with navigating online trainings offered in various Learning Management Systems (LMS). 3. Document Conversion a) Assistance with creating large print and other accessible documents, including PDFs, charts, and pictures.
