With the approval of the San Bruno City Council, San Bruno CityNet Services is offered for acquisition on an “as is” basis, including the following assets: 1. Cable Television franchise for the City of San Bruno, CA. 2. An FCC accredited Internet Service Provider, Cable TV and VoIP provider operation with over 6,000 service homes in the City of San Bruno, California. 3. 30 Gigabits of assignable IP circuit capacity assembled from three separate IP circuits. Peak IP load is currently at 23 Gigabits. 4. Residential and business internet distribution with speeds up to 300/10 Mbps in non-fiber areas and up to 1 Gigabit symmetric service in fiber upgraded areas of San Bruno. 5. 750 MHz Cable TV system with remote Arris Digital Addressable Controller servicing about 5,400 consumer grade Set Top Boxes (STBs). 6. CableLabs DOCSIS 3.0 Operating System. 7. 89 miles of Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) and fiber optic cables passing every address in San Bruno. The HFC plant extends over 73 miles with the remaining 16 miles upgraded to fiber optic cables. 8. Cable plant laid out with 93% aerial carriage and 7% underground conduits. 9. Drops to 9,287 residential and business dwellings. Includes 1,624 fiber drops. 10. Fiber passings mostly to three large condominium complexes (2,564 passings) and 560 single family residences. 11.2,625 electric poles leased with assignable tenancy, subject to acceptance of such transfer by pole owner.
