Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Credit organization is evaluating marketplace offerings for tools / products that would serve as a key framework and model for performing account segmentation and associated workflow management of active customer accounts. The solution would be strategic and tactical in nature and would assist PG&E personnel in managing a ~5.6M active customer account population with a key objective of reducing and optimizing enterprise accounts receivable levels across defined customer groups. Groups can range from those with routine payment activity and require little collection action (lower risk) to those involving more significant collection efforts and/or account balances (higher risk). The ideal solution would facilitate automated actions with customer groups (e.g. text/e-mail, letter, call, etc.), return results from these actions along with other available behavioral insights or market intelligence (e.g. propensity to pay) into the model for optimizing and on-going enhancements.
