Provide construction services to remove and replace a 30-ton package HVAC unit from the Arden Pump Station serving the Generator Motor Control building. 1. Source 30-ton package unit for replacement. a. Provide lead time on new 30-ton package unit when adequate replacement is established. i. Identify curb adaptor if required. 2. Sac Sewer representative to approve new unit prior to installation. a. Damaged equipment will not be accepted. b. Exterior coil guards, fan guards, and all unit components shall be installed and in working order prior to installation of new unit. 3. Remove existing unit and all associated materials. a. All materials to be removed from site by contractor. b. Crane services to be provided by contractor. c. Crane access to be verified by contractor d. All barriers and safety measures need to be enforced by contractor. 4. Install a new unit to include all electrical connections, disconnects, conduits as required. a. Contractor to verify all electrical wiring for new unit.
