The City of Arroyo Grande is soliciting the services of a qualified company to install and configure an EOC for the AG Police Department. The selected company will review needs of the Police Department to determine the best technology. The selected company will propose a full-featured EOC that includes, but is not limited to, the following functionality: - UPS to keep all systems running until building generator kicks in - Dedicated emergency internet in case of widespread outage - Ability to simultaneously show four cable television feeds and screen shares from laptops, and mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iPad, etc) - Ability to access the network shares from a PC in the room for access to important files - Zoom Room/Teams functionality for continuous conferences during an emergency - Microphones are preferably ceiling mounted to pick up audio throughout the room for Zoom meetings - PTZ camera on rear wall - iPad should be mountable with a charging base - Minimum two 85” TVs for the main wall, two 75” TVs for the rear wall, and two 40” TVs for CAD display and other uses. - Any content should be able to play at any TV with an iPad controller
