Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall repair and/or replace perimeter fencing and rolling gates as described in the TO’s. (1). The fencing services shall be conducted on, but is not limited to, the following property-types: agricultural parcels; residential parcels; vacant parcels; commercial parcels; unimproved areas. (2). Materials including, but not limited to, fencing materials, fence posts, rolling gates, tension wires, and razor wires shall meet State standards set forth by the California Department of Industrial Relations. B. Remove (1). The Contractor shall remove the existing damaged chain-link fences and dispose of the removed chain-link fencing. (2). The Contractor shall remove the existing damaged rolling gate and dispose of the removed rolling gate. C. Replace After the damaged fencing and/or rolling gate is removed: (1). The Contractor shall install a new 9-gauge 6-feet high chain-link fence with barbed wire for parcels that require fencing on the whole perimeter of the parcel. (2). The Contractor shall install industry standard line post for the applicable property type at a 10-foot spacing from each post for parcels that require new fencing on the whole perimeter of the parcel. (3). The Contractor shall install a rolling gate to the parcel specified in the Task Order (TO). a. The Contractor shall ensure that all gates shall be chained and secured with a combination lock provided by the Authority Contract Manager. (4). The Contractor shall install a new 9-gauge 6-feet high chain-link fence with barbed wire in areas where a damaged portion of the fence has been removed. (5). The Contractor shall be responsible for installing “State Property No Trespassing” signs on fence lines as directed in the TO. a. The signs and the installation location of the signs shall be provided by the Authority Contract Manager. (6). The Contractor shall replace the damaged section of the chain-link fence from nearest post on the left to nearest post on the right. a. When replacing the damaged section of the chain-link fence from post to post, the Contractor shall not remove or replace the post unless deemed necessary by the Authority Contract Manager in the Task Order.
