A. Landscape Architecture Design: Consultant shall provide consultation and design services for projects that involve landscaping, playground construction, site improvements, planting, and all related work. The design work may include, but not limited to: • landscape design • synthetic turf field and drainage design • preparation of construction documents • cost estimating • field investigations • coordination with utility companies and City staff • construction support B. CAD Drafting Support: Consultant may need to provide staff to perform CAD drafting support for the City’s Landscape Architecture team. Work may involve various landscape architecture projects and staff may be required to work at City offices. C. Landscape Rendering and Illustrations: Consultant may be required to provide rendering and illustrations for landscape projects. Renderings and illustrations may be used by the City for presentations and community meetings. D. Irrigation Design: Consultant shall provide consultation and design services for irrigation work, including preparation of construction documents, field investigations, coordination, construction support and other related work. E. Other Services: Consultant may be required to provide other services when needed for specific projects, including, but not limited to, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) review, and peer review. F. In addition to parks and playground facilities, landscape projects may be related to various site improvements and building facilities, such as, streetscapes, library buildings, fire stations, police stations, health service centers, hospital buildings, recreation centers, and other City-owned facilities. G. The Consultant may be required to make presentations to various City Commissions, Public Works’ Clients, and at neighborhood/community meetings. All work shall be done in conformance with Public Works’ procedures, guidelines, and staff direction.
