a. The Contractor will provide as needed and/or emergency trash collection, hauling, and disposal services necessary to ensure safety and to comply with legal requirements on Authority owned property located in the Central Valley as more specifically described below as requested by the ACM through Task Orders (TO) for single family residential homes, vacant buildings, vacant property, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings (Work). b. The Contractor is expected to work in a professional, competent manner without direct supervision by the ACM. The Contractor will avoid damage to Authority property or to adjacent property. If any such property is damaged by reason of the Contractor’s operation, it shall be replaced or restored at the Contractor’s expense and to the satisfaction of the ACM.
