The California State University, Dominguez Hills Toro Auxiliary Partners (“TAP”) on behalf of California State University, Dominguez Hill (“CSUDH”) intends to establish a contract to provide beverage vending and fountain machines and the necessary beverage services (collectively, “Services”) with Exclusive Pouring Rights and Sponsorship Opportunities for CSUDH in those facilities/buildings listed in Attachment J of this RFP, which include, but are not limited to beverages served at our dining venues, on-campus events, during athletic events, and in beverage vending machines throughout the campus. The contractor will be responsible for all dayto-day operations, while Toro Auxiliary Partners will perform contract management oversight, quality reviews, and contract compliance. The services solicited in this RFP will exclude photo vending services, personal hygiene product vending services, and snack vending.
