2.1 Vendor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools and equipment to perform boiler maintenance, repair and installation services under direction of the City HVAC Supervisor, as needed. 2.2 The City has the following manufacturers’ boilers installed at 45 various City facilities. - Superior Boiler Works - Lochinvar Boilers. - Fulton Boilers - RBI Boilers - LAARS Heating System Company - Raypac, Inc. - Weil-McClain Gas Boiler 2.3 All maintenance and repair work must conform to ASME code, Title 24. 2.4 Vendor must be able to perform combustion analysis with printout on all requested City Boilers. 2.5 Vendor shall use only manufacturer OEM replacement parts for each specific boiler model. 2.5.1 The use of any after-market parts must be pre-approved by the City HVAC Supervisor 2.6 All factory supported documentation shall be made available to the City HVAC Supervisor.
