Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. During the term of the Contract between PACCD and the Vendor, the Vendor shall operate the PACCD Bookstore in accordance with the requirements, terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions hereinafter contained. 2. The Vendor shall provide PACCD with the services and innovation expected of a high quality Bookstore. 3. PACCD is seeking to collaborate with a vendor who has a commitment and record of accomplishing outstanding customer service. As such, PACCD desires a team approach with a vendor who are willing to demonstrate professional responsibility to customer service issues. 4. The successful Bookstore Vendor will be expected to participate in the College community by interacting with District staff and students at regular meetings and future planning meetings and by remaining responsive to suggestions, concerns, and the changing needs of students and staff.
