Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Project A, Campsite Relocation at Calaveras Big Trees State Park – Cabins 1 – 4 project work, entire project site water and sewer, landscaping at Cabins 1 – 4. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to compete the following: a. Roadway and Site Work for Cabins 1-4 & Camp Host Pad: Install AC on AB paving. Install reinforced concrete pads for accessible ; parking. Install wheel stops signage and striping and all appurtenances. Sheet C05. b. Water and Sewer for Project Site: Install watermain from take to site. Install water services to each site. Install fire hydrants. Modify piping and connections at water tank and existing cabins. Sewer: Install septic tank and sewer main and manholes. Install distribution box and leach field for sewage disposal. Install sewer services and cleanouts to each site. Install all appurtenances. Sheets C07, C08, C09, C10. c. Landscape Grading, Planting and Site Amenities for Cabins 1 – 4: Install landscape grading, planting, and site amenities (boulders, pathways, fire pits, etc.) Sheets L2.0, L3.0, L4.0. 2. Project B, RevGen Cabins at Calaveras Big Trees State Park – mobilization and demo work for entire project area, rough and final grading for the project site, Cabins 5- 11 project work, landscaping at Cabins 5 – 11, wood decking for all cabins, entire project site electrical & gas infrastructure. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to compete the following: a. Site Mobilization and Site Clearing: Mobilization, BMPs for project, SWPPP (Risk Level 1) for project site, demolition, and clear and grub. Sheet C02. b. Civil Rough and Finish Grading and Drainage: Cut and fill grading, compacted AB pads. Cobble lined swales, and final grading Sheets C03, C04. c. Roadway and Site Work for Cabins 5 – 11: Install AC on AB paving. Install reinforced concrete pads for accessible parking. Install wheel stops signage and striping and all appurtenances. Sheet C06.
