Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals for the construction of Camp Roberts United States Army, Satellite Activity & Naval Research Laboratory HVAC Diagnostics, Repair and Installation Job Order Contract in Monterey, California; In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, diagnostic and troubleshooting of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or associated electrical components. Repairs and/or corrections to HVAC units and associated electrical circuits and components. Installation of HVAC units and/or components. To include troubleshooting and repairs to Air Conditioners, Air Handlers, Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC), Furnaces, Controls, Variable Frequency Drives, Motors, HVAC upgrades and similar HVAC needs on a job order contract basis. The work shall be located in the United States Army Signal Activity Camp Roberts (USASACR). All work sites shall be kept as clear of equipment, material and waste material as is practicable at all times. The City of Monterey and/or government Representative shall make the determination that this requirement is being complied with.
