1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Truckee Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Evidence Impound Tow and Storage Services on an as-needed basis. Services shall include but not limited to towing and secure storage of property impounded as evidence in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Valid Local County or City business license and valid driver’s license. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
