All vehicles used by the Contractor to transport student(s) and employee(s) must be equipped with a minimum of 2 angles of Video Surveillance System (VSS), with at least weekly back-up; the Contractor will maintain all data to a removable external hard drive (EHD). CSDF staff will inspect buses upon arrival. VSS angles should include from the front of the bus to the back, from the back to the front, and/or at least one emergency exit, for a total of 2 angles. Additionally, the Contractor will provide a list of vehicle equipment numbers of buses to satisfy VSS requirement. Contractor will maintain all records throughout the contract term. The Contractor will provide recordings, if requested by the CSDF Transportation Office, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request.
