LBNL seeks to engage a subcontractor to provide complete Food Services that include, but are not limited to, management, supervision, all labor, delivery vehicle(s), provide food service moveable equipment (such as microwaves, meat slicers, coffee makers, toasters, and other equipment) including maintenance and off-site repairs. The Subcontractor shall also supply quality food products, innovative, healthy food selections, a variety of food choices, timely service, competitive food pricing, and have high sanitation standards in order to fulfill the stated requirements in the Draft Statements of Work. In addition, the Subcontractor will provide services that support the sustainable food service policy, including providing a reusables program that is described in the Draft Statements of Work.
