Cal Poly Humboldt's goal is to provide an innovative, state-of-the-art Campus Store that will result in the following: ● Improved affordability for Cal Poly Humboldt Students by reducing course materials costs and providing innovative course materials solutions ● Improved customer satisfaction through cutting-edge retail innovation; utilization of technology; comprehensive community engagement; and forward-thinking concepts that anticipate market trends ● Increased financial contribution to Cal Poly Humboldt that will assist with supporting various University programs via strategic corporate sponsorship ● Increased sales and market share of Cal Poly Humboldt branded merchandise ● State-of-the-art destination/retail facility and website ● Competitive financial contribution to Cal Poly Humboldt while achieving the qualitative and service goals of this RFP ● A 10-year commitment from successful bidder.
