PROJECT DESCRIPTION and SCOPE OF SERVICES During the Work, the Contracted Company shall conduct the Work using it’s own workforce and undertake such efforts to assist the District in complying with the Final Reporting requirements of the Ventilation Guidelines, including the following: 1. HVAC Assessment Report. 2. HVAC Verification Report. 3. Site-specific project summary detailing the use of all funding. 4. Providing final invoice(s) and any other supporting documentation for all expended grant funds up to the original grant award amount for each site. The invoices must provide site-specific information and be itemized to show material and labor costs for the project Work as described in the grant agreement. 5. Any reporting required to determine compliance with PUC Section 1618, to calculate or confirm energy savings or reduction in greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the project. Contracted Company shall conduct the Work and undertake such efforts as will assist District in obtaining a Plumbing Grant, implementing the plumbing work, and complying with the Final Reporting requirements, including: 1. Providing detailed noncompliant plumbing fixture and appliance documentation. 2. Documentation of installed plumbing fixtures and appliances. 3. Providing final site specific and itemized invoice(s) for all expended grant funds up to the original grant award amount. Invoices must show the material and labor costs for each plumbing fixture and appliance replacements listed in the grant agreement. 4. Additional reporting detail as required to calculate or confirm water-usage savings, energy-usage savings, or reduction in greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the upgrades, emission reductions, including providing access to project sites and project and equipment information.
