The Castro Valley Unified School District is seeking a CONTRACTOR to provide door-to-door transportation services for students receiving Special Education services, students experiencing homelessness, and students in Foster care from designated locations in the County of Alameda and to be transported to educational facilities within Castro Valley and surrounding areas. The Castro Valley Unified School District (DISTRICT) currently has approximately 130 students and requires door-to-door transportation service to school sites and specialized educational facilities. The number of students requiring transportation by an outside vendor will range between approximately 60- 90. The District reserves the right to change the number of students requiring transportation based upon its program needs. Further requirements can be found in the Specifications section.
