Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents and conforming to the special provisions. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to performing the following work: Preparing, cleaning, patching, sanding, filling, leveling, and painting walls, doors, door jambs, cabinets, ceilings, wood trims, acoustic ceiling tile rails, window sills and jambs, metal cylindrical bars, and metal screens. Work will be conducted inside a working office environment. As such the Contractor shall complete the work in phases as approved by the Director of Public Works by coordinating and sealing off designated work areas from the rest of the facility. Contractor must move, store, protect and clean furniture, and other objects as needed to accommodate the work.
