General Please submit the information requested in Exhibit A if you would like to offer concessions at either one or both of the sporting facilities owned by the City of Turlock. Provide concession services for weekend tournaments and mutually agreed-upon weekday dates at two (2) separate facilities; Pedretti Sports Complex and Turlock Regional Sports Complex. The amount of the proposed operating fee paid to the City for a vendor proposing to operate concession services at both sites will be $1,000 per month of the agreement payable on the 1st of each month, February through November. For vendors only providing services at Pedretti Sports Complex the proposed operating fee paid to the city will be $750 per month of the agreement payable on the 1st of each month, February through November. For vendors only providing services at Turlock Regional Sports Complex the proposed operating fee paid to the city will be $250 per month of the agreement payable on the 1st of each month, February through November. If tournaments are scheduled during the months of December and January, vendor will pay a prorated rate for the month. The City will provide utilities including: water and electricity at both sites. The types and pricing of items to be sold must be approved by the City as listed in Exhibit B, prior to the beginning of each season. The following items may not be sold: chewing gum, alcoholic beverages or tobacco products. Any modifications to the menu will need to be submitted to the City at least thirty (30) days in advance for approval. Pedretti Sports Complex The City owns and maintains a snack bar facility located at Pedretti Sports Complex, 2400 Tegner Road, Turlock. The City seeks to work with an independent vendor to operate this snack bar facility under an exclusive contract. City will provide maintenance and repair of the facility at Pedretti Sports Complex except for items or damage caused by vendor's negligence. Vendor shall pay all costs arising from such negligence. Vendor will clean and sanitize facility and equipment at end of each day/night use to prepare for next days use. All counters will be wiped with health department approved cleaning solution, floors will be swept and mopped, garbage removed and disposed into garbage receptacles provided at the facility. The Pedretti Sports Complex facility has a refrigerator, ice machine and freezer available for vendor use. Vendor will be responsible for all repairs or replacement of appliances if damaged. All other additional appliances or equipment will be the vendors responsibility and will need to be approved by City staff as to assess available electrical and water connections in the facility. Vendor shall agree to have concession stand open during all weekend sporting events from the months of February through November. Vendor shall agree to have concession stand open during mutually agreed upon weeknight activities. The opening times shall be a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of the first game or event and remain open a minimum of 15 minutes upon completion of the last game, or 11:00 p.m., whichever comes first. Calendars and schedules will be provided to awarded vendor. Turlock Regional Sports Complex The vendor is required to supply their own mobile facilities, such as a mobile food truck or food concession trailer at the Turlock Regional Sports Complex, 4545 N. Kilroy Rd, Turlock. Before the contract is awarded, the City must inspect and approve this facility. Vendor will utilize designated area in complex for mobile food trucks or food concession trailer. The area is 16 feet wide by 85 feet long. See Exhibit C for map of designated area. Mobile facilities will vacate the complex at the end of each rental day. Vendor shall agree to have concession stand open on all weekend tournaments or league play events at Turlock Regional Sports Complex year-round. Vendor shall agree to have concession stand open during mutually agreed upon weeknight activities.
