NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to support a Culture of Excellence 2.0 Summit requiring facilities suitable for hosting a high profile event Wednesday and Thursday 28-29 May 2025, the COMMANDER NAVAL SURFACE FORCES (CNSF) will need a contract with a conference facility that can provide a meeting space, audio visual support, and reserve a block of rooms, in San Diego, CA, for the entirety of the conference, beginning at 1400, 27 May 2025 and concluding 1700, 29 May 2025. The anticipated award date is 23 December 2025. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on 24 November 2024. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract type.

The Government is performing market research in order to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all small business designations. Interested business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any, will be set-aside for small business competition.
A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this announcement and please include your business size and cage code in your submission. This is a sources sought for market research purposes. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to this sources sought.

Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address; DUNS, and information regarding your company’s experience identifying: contracting agency, contract number, title, place of performance, years of performance, and value of contract per year.
Interested firms should submit a document which furnishes information describing contractor support to provide required space: The submissions should be Times New Roman, font size 12 and should not exceed five (5) one-sided, 8 " X 11" pages in Microsoft Word or PDF format to the contract specialist via email to: jason.a.pelle.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions must be received via email no later than 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, 23 November 2024. Questions or comments regarding this notice shall be posted to the Contract Negotiator in writing and via EMAIL ONLY. No phone calls will be accepted.
This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for capability statement preparation or marketing efforts; therefore, any cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
