AMENDMENT 0001This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The scope of work for this requirement will include Facility Support Contract (FSC) services associated with Annex 1700000 Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE). This requirement is for non-recurring services necessary to provide: all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide construction vehicles and equipment short term rental services within the footprint of NAVFAC SW AOR. This AOR covers Naval and Marine Corps Installations in West Coast states, which include Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. Additional services include, but are not limited to, maintenance support services, operator testing and licensing, dispatching services, inspection and load test certification, fuel delivery services, construction vehicle and equipment washing services, and service calls.
