The Agency is requesting proposals from qualifying contractors to initiate and provide Broadband Wi-Fi access and services at the Parlier Migrant Center as part of the Office of Migrant Services Center State Grant. This grant aims to develop and provide access to broadband wireless service in underserved areas to lower‐income families which promotes and supports distance learning, telehealth services and access to health care providers, delivery services, job opportunities, and other online resources. Portions of this project fall under State Prevailing Wage rate and proposers must abide by these rates and be ready and willing to submit payroll reflecting said rates pertaining to each qualified job type classification. Phases of this project subject to State Prevailing Wage rate requirements will be clearly identified as such.
