THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required equipment as stated in the attached Statement of Need. The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Government. The government has not made a commitment to procure the equipment and the release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
David Grant Medical Center (Nutritional Medicine Flight), Travis AFB, requires the installation of a new convection steamer for food production and inpatient care services to include electrical upgrade, as necessary, for the convection steamer to be electrically connected and operational. The steamer must be easily moveable for routine maintenance. See attached Statement of Need for full details.
This RFI is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses to provide the required equipment. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in reponse to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
Respondents are requested to provide the following information:
1. Business name, address, company representative information.
2. Business size and type of Small Business (if applicable).
3. CAGE Code and UEI.
4. Capabilities package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements and authorization to provide the product and services in the Statement of Need. - LIMIT TO 15 10 PAGES
5. Provide input on Statement of Need (if applicable).
