Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3. SCOPE OF SERVICES Project tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, those items noted below. The Proposer may expand upon these tasks as needed to prepare a complete design package and evaluation for the drilling of a new groundwater production well, based on their experience. In addition, if there are tasks which the Proposer believes should be part of the Scope of Services, these tasks shall be included as optional tasks in their proposed Scope of Services. The City expects the Proposer to identify the assumptions, work products, and City input for each of the tasks described in this section of the RFP. The firm selected for this project will be required to provide equipment, materials, and labor to provide the following services: Prepare a comprehensive well sitting evaluation report; Prepare preliminary design report for well site design; Prepare construction documents; Obtain necessary permits (local, county, state and federal) with assistance from City staff; and Construction and inspection support services during drilling.
