Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide daily transportation to eligible City residents - The Contractor will provide trips for both same-day service and trips scheduled one or more days in advance. Participants will be encouraged to arrange trip services at least one (1) day in advance. All trips must be requested individually. b. For the duration of the Agreement, the Contractor must maintain a valid California Transportation Charter Permit (TCP) with all cars and drivers per the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) requirements. c. Eligible users are the City’s senior (60 years and older) and disabled population. Eligible users will register with the City of Malibu Community Services Department. The City will maintain a list of eligible participants for the transit contractor.
