A. Contractor shall provide up to 250 meals per day, four (4) days per week for 52 weeks total to the CAL FIRE Training Center Fire Control Academy students and staff. B. Contractor shall have access to steam and salad bar to hold pre-prepared meals. C. Contractor shall have access to the service area which may be used in the preparation of the actual Dinner Catering Services. This space may be used at the discretion of the contractor; however, CAL FIRE is under no obligation to provide additional storage materials, work surfaces, tools, utensils, or other supplies necessary for the completion of the service. D. CAL FIRE Project Representative may impose additional COVID-19 precautions to be followed by Contractor for the duration of this contract. E. Contractor shall provide current Health Permit from appropriate jurisdiction. F. Contractor shall maintain a valid Health Permit through the duration of the Agreement.
