The intent of this RFP is to secure services from a roofing and building envelope design consultants. The selected service provider will be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of the existing roof conditions, producing an assessment report with recommendations and options, developing detailed drawings and specifications for the replacement of existing roofing, assisting in the bidding process by attending pre-bid job walks and answering RFI’s, performing construction administration, monitoring and reporting periodically throughout the installation of new roof to ensure they meet design intent, and performing final inspection to ensure all new roofing meet quality and design standards. The goal is to have construction documents completed for bidding by mid-spring 2025.
