Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify and/or confirm broadband service provider infrastructure and service levels currentlyin place in Downtown Arcadia.2. Identify gaps in the existing broadband infrastructure within Downtown Arcadia.3. Evaluate current municipal regulations and policies, and identify areas of potentialimprovement to how broadband infrastructure is managed and deployed in the public rights-of-way.4. Identify assets the City has that could be utilized to facilitate further deployment of broadbandservices in Downtown Arcadia.5. Establish targets and metrics to define successful broadband service deployment inDowntown Arcadia.6. Identify policy options and operational or regulatory actions the City could implement toachieve the broadband targets and service metrics used to define successful broadbandservice deployment for Downtown Arcadia. Include high-level, rough cost estimates of eachpolicy and action with technological comparisons included as appropriate.
