Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from one or more experienced and qualified proposers interested in providing as needed emergency medical services education and training. The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed three (3) year contract term. Consultant shall provide services to the City, under the direction of the Newport Beach Fire Department (NBFD), which shall identify specific tasks, deliverables and deadlines on an as-needed basis. This solicitation is not for an employment position and the City may award multiple contracts.
