1. Provide the shuttle service at the scheduled times specified in this Statement of Work; 2. Provide “LAUSD” head signs on the buses providing these services; 3. The buses for the LAUSD-Exclusive runs shall display both an “LAUSD” head sign and a sign to denote that these are “Exclusive for LAUSD Employees Only”; 4. Use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the LAUSD-Exclusive buses be used only by LAUSD employees; 5. Ensure drivers will accept the LAUSD badge as an equivalent to a free boarding pass – just a visual show of LAUSD badge to suffice, no scanning required; 6. The Shuttle Extension services will be provided Monday – Friday, and suspended only on official LAUSD Holidays 7. Notify LAUSD point of contact for contract operation or designee immediately of any bus breakdowns or delays; 8. Ensure that Contractor maintains current its Certificate of Insurance; and 9. The contractor shall not perform or accept work requests from the District that will cause Maximum Funding Amount to be exceeded.
