This Sources Sought notice is being published for market research purposes only to identify potential small business sources capable of supporting the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Eagle Lake Field Office, Litchfield Wild Horse and Burro (WH&B) facility located in Litchfield California, for delivery of Alfalfa and Grass hay.
This is only a Sources Sought notice and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). A solicitation will be issued at a later date.
Responses to this sources sought will be used for a market survey analysis to determine interested parties and if the contemplated acquisitions will be conducted under full and open competition, total small business set-aside, or any other socio-economic set asides (8(a), VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, etc.)
