Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor will collaborate closely with City staff, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to policies. They will also handle staffing, equipment operation, and overall production while devising an effective annual marketing and advertising strategy to promote the Farmers' Market series through various channels. The selected contractor shall manage the Farmers' Market and Family Fair Night, which is scheduled to run once per week, excluding major holidays, or as jointly determined with the City. Moreover, the market will be active year-round. Further, the City is looking to connect this weekly programming with our annual 5K Marathon and other city-wide events. The City Manager retains the discretion to alter the schedule in case of emergencies or disasters.
