provide services to build/customize and deliver one (1) Food Truck (Step Van) inclusive of all requirements described in this RFQ. The purpose of this RFQ is to accommodate the SITE-B in expanding its Culinary Arts and Barista Training Program. This program will provide training of mobile food unit preparation to broaden the skill set to those participating in the program and offer the training at multiple locations. Bidders must provide a Food Truck which will pass all federal and California state laws and regulations, which include, but are not limited to, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans/ D.O.T) requirements, and California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) standards and requirements. Bidders shall be required to process the necessary documentation with the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to register the vehicle with exempt license plates.
