The County wishes to hire a municipal advisor to prepare an analysis of all financing options available to the County for the expansion of ARMC. Options should not be limited to traditional tax-exempt financing and the County is interested in considering financing techniques which would limit general fund exposure of the County. The successful proposer shall: • Research all financing options available to the County for the expansion of ARMC. • Present options for the County’s consideration and advise on requirements for implementing them. • Be available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM PST through 5:00PM PST, with the exception of holidays. • Respond to inquiries within two working days of receipt. • Assist with the issuance of the option selected by the County, if necessary.
