Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The range shall be available to DAPO for Adult Parole Agent Academy – Firearms Training, Range Master Academy, and as needed. The actual dates and times for use of the range shall be mutually agreed upon by the Division Training Unit, Chief Training Coordinator and the Contractor’s Chief Range Master. B. The Contractor’s range will accommodate a minimum of ten (10) to twenty (20) shooters at any one (1) time per shooting session. The facility will include telephone access for emergencies, classrooms and restroom access. Contractor will make a good faith effort to accommodate shooters on a first-come, first-serve basis at any one (1) time; however, said accommodation will be as scheduled, in advance. C. The firing range facility shall allow for shooting up to distances of twenty-five (25) yards to fifty (50) yards. D. The Contractor shall provide classrooms for firearm classes, tactical training and demonstrations, conducted by DAPO Range Masters.
