Specifications include, but are not limited to: In light of COVID-19 impacts on in-person events and engagement, and the longterm value of a hybrid public engagement approach, the City is seeking proposals for event programming and education that can occur both virtually and/or in person. The selected vendor(s) will work closely with City staff to ensure events, programs, and educational opportunities are widely publicized and attended by the Oceanside community, that messaging aligns with Green Oceanside design and content standards, and that all materials can be digitally accessed by the community on the City’s website. Designed materials should be created in alignment with the City’s standards, and preferably executed by a professional graphic designer and videographer, when possible and within budget.
