The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Readjustment Counseling Services for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). A description of services is attached. Brief Description of Services See attached Performance Work Statement.
