Demolition: Removal and disposal of existing stall partitions and wall fixtures. Removal of existing plumbing fixtures and light fixtures. Construction: Construction work shall be performed in phases to allow for continued use by the general public Repair and installation of new floor and wall finishes, meeting industry standards for durability and aesthetics. Replacement of existing plumbing fixtures with water conserving and ADAcompliant fixtures. Replacement of countertops and sinks and meet ADA compliance. Replacement of all safety hand rails and meet ADA compliance. Replacement of all waste receptacles, mirrors and dispensers and meet ADA compliance. Installation of new LED light fixtures and controls for enhanced energy efficiency. Incorporation of necessary structural, mechanical and utility modifications to accommodate fixture replacements, if necessary. Provision of adequate ventilation systems where necessary. Ensure adequate and ADA compliant ingress and egress to multiple accommodation bathrooms. Store and secure work related equipment offsite and/or in an onsite storage bin provided by contractor in a pre-approved location Ensure appropriate work signage is posted to direct public from work areas for fully operation facility
